How could I report abuse/irresponsible by the owner of website business ?
I have bought a pair of sungles from this website: http://www.beezersbungalow.com/ because I found the price a good deal after searching online for a specific sungles. that website looks nice and pretty much professional. I felt I could trust making my order on last Jan 28. It arrived on Feb10 late afternoon to mailbox. Unfortunately I left earlier in this same to my 3 weeks vacation and I could not take it with me which was the purpose of the purchase. When I came back from my vacation, I found it and I try it in face and did not fit. I called the costumer service phone number, no one answer or call me back after I left a message. I sent an e-mail to the same costumer service link on the website and got no answer. Two weeks later I sent another e-mail explaining I would send the purchase back and ask my bank to dispute my money back. Jeff Urso, owner manager wrote me back saying it has being more than 30 days, he would not refund me but would exchange it or leave credit. Exchanging could be the easiest way, because I really need the sungles. Since than I had exchange more 7 emails asking about the sunglasses and he keep saying he will let me know soon. I my last e-mail I told I am going to my vacation June/July and I need my purchase or he should refund me he can't provide it. He has stopped communicating as he does not care to reply. I have learned to not trust in online store websites without " reviews". How can I complain, and as well warn naive consumers to not be trapped into this awful experience ?
