Make sure you let him know you are different from those 'common' girls . Ignore him and let him gain your attention back, don't complement him or give him any credit for what he's got otherwise that would just boost his ego. Looking real jealous will also do this. Just do your own thing and don't pay any attention to him as if you are worth more then to be one of his groupies. He'd rate you highly because of this and seperate you from the rest :)
