Science fair projects on electricity...?

iam in high school and need some good science experiments on electricity .. i would rather say avoid kiddie stuff like lemon battery or something... as i was going through a book called 100 amazing make it yourself science fair projects....the door bell circuit was interesting but it was not clear...so can any one of you suggest some good experiments with clear procedure or tell me about the doorbell circuit itself but clearly...???
