Should i tell her that i like her?

Theres this girl whose in one of my cles (elective) and i really really like her. Shes beautiful, funny, smart.... I could go on all day. Anyways, im an 8th grader and shes 7th so ill be going to highschool next year while shes still at the middle school. I want to be able to at least keep in touchbut i know she doesnt have a phone or facebook. Should i tell her i like her and what should i do? Im pretty sure she like me too for various reasons. Schools over in a week also. Thanks
