Can I take legal action?

I want to sue Sony's customer service for hanging up on me about my PSN account being blocked, and before you start hopping on the "sympathy for sony" bandwagon NO I didn't do anything illegal to get my account blocked, I had spent over $100 worth of content on that account. I don't care about these fools getting too much traffic, the customer comes first, they always kicking out the good loyal players instead of the real script kiddie s.
