Does Cactus Academy in Rooseveltfield Mall do crochet work on Dreadlocks?

I've been trying to find a place that does work on dreadlocks using crochet hook or dread tool. I saw that the Paul Mitchell Partner school Cactus Academy did dreadlocks and I made an appointment there but every time I try to call there the student who does the dreads is never there and when I ask what they would do for dread maintenance the girl who answers the phone can't answer my question if there is anyone that can answer my question answer it soon.
