How fast have you fallen in love with someone and had a lasting relationship?

I would like to know how fast you have fallen in love with someone and had the relationship last for at least a year. I have known a guy for 5 years and there was always something there but we ignored it, and not too long ago we started something. It took us about a month to fall in love. We have a stong physical, mental and emotional connection and are both sure that we are in love with each other. I am 25 this year he 28 and have both admitted that we have NEVER felt like this with anybody else. People I have told said that it doesn't matter how fast you fall in love, as long as you mean it. But we are scared because of how fast this has happened. Have you fallen in true love (not little kiddie teenager "don't really know what love is" love) this fast and was did it last?
