I have artists block ! I cant work - im really stuck and need some help?

I am so interested in so many areas, but since i left art college 20 years ago, ive been teaching it... and loving that side of it... but i cant focus on my own work at all... i have a friend whos in the same situation we both want to create... so much but when we try ... we both make every excuse under the sun not to do it. I have a studio space, plenty materials, not much time with 2 kiddies under 3, but .. thats just another excuse.... why is it that the thing i want to do in the world just wont come to me ??? bizarre.i cant motivate myself.... i can motivate others no problem... im so stuck creatively.... its horrible - HELP
