Is legal in the Philippines?

On the internet it is still illegal falls under depravity laws in the Philippines. What you do in your own home isn't true as many an arrested foreign can con cure as the guy in Bogo with his own private cat fighting collection is now trying to wiggle out of it with the same mentality of "i didn't think i was doing anything wrong". Cyber dens also fall under the same laws as that would also be cled as doing what you want in your own home. Would advise looking to block your router with any websites you find in your history not likely to be traced but discourages your sister in future.
