Is there still a chance that I can get a IUD if I wouldnt dilate during birth?

I've never been pregnant but I have the IUD. Your cervix normally softens and slightly dilates when you are on your period so in theory you should be able to. There is a huge difference between the size of the applicator for the IUD and a child's head. You can get her to try it if you want. You might be at more risk than me though if you had trouble with pregnancies. Your uterus could not be sitting in the correct position and that is why you had trouble. Mine slants upwards which is what it is suppose to do. If it slants down you will have more trouble with the IUD. There is also a birth control they can implant into your arm. It's called implanon but it doesn't last 10 years. I think it's like 3 years.
