What should i do about my new boyfriend?

Ok, so i just got a new boyfriend on the second to last day of school. We promised to stay in contact and chat all the time, and we have for the amount of time we've been out. I even went over to his house and had dinner with his family. They all seemed to like me, so that was good. Anyway, we need to stay in as much contact as we can for as long as possible because he is moving to Paris for college, and I am staying here. We were both really sad and upset, then just a second ago he called me and asked me to come with him. He said we would be able to stay together there and we wouldn't have to try to keep up a long distance relationship. He said, "It will all work out!" I told him i had to go, but i didn't really, i just needed time to think. I know if i say yes, I will be leaving all my friends, family, and places i love to go. But i know if i say no, he will get upset and be mad at me for a long enough time for him to leave. I know that because he said to me on the phone, "I know you'll say yes, and it won't matter because if you would say no i would get upset and i guess we would be done, but i know you'll say yes!" So at this point I'm sort of screwed. And yes, i really REALLY like this guy. He is everything i want in a guy. What should i do? Should i go or stay?
